She has 25 years of experience in the Children Welfare profession and has special interest in the needs of foster youth and caregivers. She has been affiliated with Foster Care Licensing for over nine years and is committed to enhancing the recruitment, training, and retention needs of caregivers that provide save and loving homes to San Francisco foster youth and non minor dependents.
